Lifter Puller Minneapolis, MN

Steve Barone – guitar, keyboards
Craig Finn – vocals, guitar
Tad Kubler – bass
Dan Monick – drums

The best Minneapolis band of the nineties.  What more can be said?  Such a terrific group of guys, such a fun live show.  It's good to see Lifter Puller's popularity continuing to rise now - almost three years since their official demise.  But it's a little sad that they weren't huge stars while they were around.  Perhaps one of Craig Finn's lyrics from Lifter Puller's eponymous debut CD is the most appropriate statement on Lifter Puller's memory in 2003: "Let this be a testament/ to every light bulb filament/ that burned itself out before it got turned on"
